The Role:

As our Director of Human Resources, you'll be a key member of our leadership team. You'll develop and implement HR strategies that support our business goals and oversee all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, training, and compliance. We need someone who understands the restaurant/hospitality industry and can build a strong, engaged team.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop HR Strategies: Create and implement HR plans that align with our business objectives.
  • Advise Leadership: Provide guidance to senior management on HR-related issues.
  • Manage Talent: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Handle Employee Relations: Address employee issues and promote a positive work environment.
  • Manage Compensation & Benefits: Develop and administer competitive pay and benefits programs.
  • Training & Development: Create training programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Ensure Compliance: Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage HR Technology: Utilize HRIS systems to streamline processes.
  • Multi-State Oversight: Ensure consistent HR practices across all locations.

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience in restaurant/hospitality). Master's preferred.
  • 7-10 years of HR experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role within a multi-unit restaurant/hospitality setting.
  • Strong knowledge of multi-state employment laws.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR) is a plus.
