What You'll Do:
- Lead HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR initiatives that align with our business goals and enhance team performance across all locations.
- Recruit & Retain Talent: Build a strong, hospitality-driven workforce by attracting top talent and creating an environment where people want to stay and grow.
- Champion Culture: Foster a workplace rooted in respect, equity, and inclusion-where every team member feels supported and inspired.
- Train & Develop: Design training programs that build leadership from within and elevate service standards across the board.
- Manage Performance: Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance management to support excellence at every level.
- Stay Compliant: Keep us on track with labor laws, HR policies, and best practices, minimizing risk and supporting a safe, ethical workplace.
- An experienced HR leader with 8+ years in progressive HR roles in restaurants
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources is required
- Well-versed in employment law, conflict resolution, and organizational development.
- A great communicator and collaborator who thrives in a hands-on, people-focused setting.
- A confident, proactive decision-maker who's comfortable juggling the strategic with the day-to-day.
- Certifications like SPHR or SHRM-SCP are required.
