JOB LOCATION: Remote

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborating with clients to understand their software needs and objectives
- Working closely with software development teams to plan, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of software projects
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Providing technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams
- Conducting quality assurance checks to ensure that software solutions meet quality standards
- Managing client relationships and addressing any issues or concerns that arise during the delivery process
- Providing training and support to clients to ensure successful implementation and adoption of software solutions
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software delivery and project management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):
- 4 year degree in Computer Information Systems or related
- 8+ years of experience in full cycle service delivery
