JOB TITLE: Director of Implementations

DEPARTMENT: Justice Tech

REPORTS TO: EVP of Justice Tech

JOB LOCATION: Remote

TRAVEL: 25%

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborating with clients to understand their software needs and objectives
• Working closely with software development teams to plan, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of software projects
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Providing technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams
• Conducting quality assurance checks to ensure that software solutions meet quality standards
• Managing client relationships and addressing any issues or concerns that arise during the delivery process
• Providing training and support to clients to ensure successful implementation and adoption of software solutions
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software delivery and project management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):

• 4 year degree in Computer Information Systems or related
• 8+ years of experience in full cycle service delivery
