We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to lead our Insurance Agency division. As the Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic development and day-to-day operations of the insurance organization, ensuring seamless integration with Entrata's suite of property management solutions and the overall performance of the Insurance organization. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong background in insurance operations, a proven track record of driving revenue growth, and the ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team.

Responsibilites
- Develop and execute a comprehensive insurance strategy aligned with Entrata's business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Provide leadership and direction to the insurance operations team, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- Collaborate with product teams to design and launch innovative insurance solutions.
- Oversee seamless integration of insurance products into Entrata's property management platform.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and implement risk management strategies.
- Foster strong relationships with insurance carriers, regulatory bodies, and industry partners.
- Partner with sales and marketing to drive adoption of insurance offerings.
- Continuously optimize workflows and customer experiences through market research and feedback.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in insurance operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of property and casualty insurance products and regulations.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful insurance business strategies.
- Strong understanding of insurance technology and software solutions.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant industry software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration or a related field.
- Insurance industry certifications such as CPCU or CIC.
- Experience working in a software or technology-driven company.
- Familiarity with Entrata's property management software or similar solutions.
- Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in the insurance industry.
- Experience working within the multifamily industry
