Position Details:

This is a hybrid role, offering the best of both worlds-work three days a week in the office and two days from home.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee the daily operations of the IT help desk and field support teams
• Lead and develop staff, ensuring top-tier technical support and service delivery
• Manage IT projects using Agile, Waterfall, or other methodologies
• Monitor IT assets for compliance, security, and budget alignment
• Collaborate with business units to enhance IT services and drive efficiency

What You Bring:

• Experience: 7-10 years in a business technology environment, with at least 5 years in management
• Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Skills: Strong leadership, IT customer support expertise, and familiarity with IT service frameworks (ITIL)
• Requirements: Must be 21+, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance
