Description:

Responsibilities
Continuously evolve AVmedia in the areas of cybersecurity.
Build SOC2 Policies that align with AVmedia's internal needs and client requirements.
Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems.
Manage all software subscriptions and user permissions.
Purchase and set up new laptops for new family members, applying appropriate software subscriptions and permissions.
Create and maintain IT infrastructure and provide daily support for external clients.
Handle daily helpdesk inquiries from family members and create internal helpdesk best practices/procedures.
Manage IT staff and promote the growth and efficiency of the IT department in alignment with the company's strategic plan.
Oversee IT operations, policies, and training programs.
Lead projects to design and deploy new systems, infrastructure, and services.
Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems.
Develop and implement IT policies and best practice guides.
Research, evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software by attending trade shows, training, and online seminars as necessary.
Track and maintain hardware and software inventory.
Report to senior management on IT-related issues.
Build upon the AVmedia Culture, Core Values and Core Purpose by being a role model at all times. Forge excellent relationships with Family members and key customers whenever possible.
Travel up to 25%

Requirements

Qualifications :
10+ years of experience working with Microsoft Suite products/applications.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, staff, budget, projects, security, operations, policies, and training.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices and SOC2 policies.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with various departments, including marketing, IT, and customer service.
