Trystar's team members are our most important asset and we are currently in search of a Director of Integration for Mergers and Acquisitions (Minneapolis, Charlotte, Detroit, Houston). This position is new to Trystar and will be key in shaping the organization for the next 5 years. Trystar is a high growth company (both organic and through acquisitions) and will require cross enterprise leadership from this team to ensure we maximize value from our acquired partner companies. You will be responsible for implementing and growing an integration program through which value is identified and achieved for each acquired entity. Value is defined by expansion of talent, markets, capabilities and solutions all directed towards increasing customer value.

In this role you will get to:
  • Build and improve Trystar's M&A integration platform
  • Oversee execution of integration projects to timeline and budget (where applicable)
  • Create strategy for each integration reflective of the investment thesis
  • Work cross functionally with Trystar leaders and Trystar PMO to create integration plan
  • Find additional value not identified during due diligence
  • Influence future strategy for acquired business
  • Build models reflecting various scenarios to reflect risk and opportunity
  • Act as a cultural ambassador for Trystar
  • Develop and manage to KPIs related to your integration projects
  • Influence budgeting process for following year for newly acquired business
  • Develop roadmap of opportunities to allow for a shift in integration focus
  • Ensure each successive integration is better than previous
  • Develop risk management strategies for integration

Job Requirements:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, operations or engineering
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Experience managing cross functional projects
  • Experience leading though influence
  • Experience navigating matrixed organization
  • Must be able to work in an ambiguous environment
  • Ability to communicate project value to different organizational stakeholders
  • Know how to use data to influence decision making
  • Data analysis capability

Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with Epicor
  • Numerical scenario analysis (Monte-Carlo or similar)
  • Experience building a team
  • Previous M&A experience (buy or sell side)
  • 8 years or more of cross functional business experience

ADDITIONAL Information
  • Position may require up to 40% travel within North America.
  • Position reports to Trystar Chief of Staff
