JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate marketing plans, strategies, and results to senior management and stakeholders. Present reports and insights derived from marketing activities, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement
- Define clear marketing goals and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer preferences.
- Develop relationships with local like-minded businesses to create meaningful partnerships. Interact and build relationships to generate brand awareness and engagement
- Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.). Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content and visuals that resonate with the target audience.
- Manage budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize spending for maximum ROI
- Uphold brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing efforts. Develop brand guidelines and standards for internal and external communications. Monitor brand perception and adjust strategies to maintain a positive brand image.
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and website optimization. Analyze digital analytics to track performance metrics and refine strategies for better engagement and conversion rates. Stay updated with digital marketing trends and technologies to implement innovative strategies.
- Ensure marketing campaigns comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Uphold ethical marketing practices and advocate for responsible brand representation.
- Assist with creating and updating property marketing calendars
- Concept and execute programming events for the property and food & beverage outlets
- Conduct regular analysis of marketing initiatives to identify areas for improvement and innovation. Implement testing methodologies (A/B testing, etc.) to optimize campaigns and strategies
- Perform various other duties as assigned.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and consistently demonstrate a high level of organizational skill
- Ability to assist with big events at sister properties when needed.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Administration, Business, or Marketing
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
