Global dental company seeks a Director of Marketing. Must have dental lab experience. This role will oversee the North American dental lab products' marketing strategies. You will lead and develop the marketing team: developing and executing marketing strategies, driving growth, increasing brand awareness, and optimizing the company's market positioning within the small business unit.

Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a safe, secure, diverse, inclusive, engaged and compliant work environment to achieve departmental and company results.
- Plan, organize and maintain development and support of executing corporate and departmental business objectives to ensure productivity, goal achievement and effective/efficient operations.
- Recruit, select, onboard, and train new employees.

- Demonstrate complete knowledge of the products, competitive land scape and distribution strategies.
- Lead and inspire the marketing team, develop 360 marketing strategies, provide guidance to achieve organizational goals while always watching market trends and monitoring competitor analysis.
- Direct the implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring effective messaging and brand consistency.
- Utilize data analytics to assess campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends, adapting strategies accordingly for optimal results.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Actively collaborate with the Global Business Unit & teams to ensure that the North American strategies and customer needs are communicated and agreed upon.
- Collaborate with other departments, especially sales and product development, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Maintain and enhance the organization's brand image, ensuring consistency across all marketing efforts.
- Manage departmental SOPs, while ensuring efficiencies and organizational quality standards are met.
- Foster a culture of innovation within the marketing team, encouraging the exploration of new tools, technologies, and approaches.
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of
marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required. MBA preferred.
- 5+ years marketing experience. Must have some dental lab marketing experience.
- 3+ years' experience managing people.
- Proven leadership skills with an ability to communicate with and manage diverse relationships both domestically & abroad.
- Analytical skills, ability to think strategically and execute marketing plans efficiently.
