We are seeking a Director of Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will guide and implement our marketing brand strategies to drive sales and profitability. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with various marketing agencies and platforms, manage our online presence, and develop impactful marketing materials.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals
Collaborate with the Vice President of Marketing in overseeing all functions within Marketing Communication
Establish and communicate a calendar of marketing events to the sales team
Work with agencies for media selection and buying
Develop sports marketing strategies in partnership with agency
Oversee initiatives related to 'must be eligible to work in the U.S.' and Event Marketing with agency
Prepare bi-annual Marketing Reports for the President/Vice Chairman
Develop and manage dealer communication materials and planning
Oversee our Online Educational Training Portal and company website
Manage our Social Media Agency to maintain a positive online persona
Supervise the development and maintenance of our App on the iOS Store and Google Play Store
Lead the Retail Rebranding Initiative with Outdoor Sign Agency
Design and implement consumer and channel promotions
Generate monthly activity reports for the CEO.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing leadership role
Proficiency in Content Management System (CMS) usage
Experience with CRM software, demonstrating a capacity to utilize it effectively for customer relationship management
Strong familiarity with Facebook Insights, demonstrating the ability to leverage its features for marketing insights
Proficiency in using Google AdWords to create and manage marketing campaigns
Demonstrable experience with Google Analytics, indicating a capacity to understand and leverage data for marketing purposes
Proven experience in creating and managing successful advertisement campaigns
Demonstrable ability to generate and increase brand awareness
Experience in campaign planning and execution, indicating a capacity to lead marketing initiatives
Knowledge of collateral management, showcasing an understanding of how to use marketing materials effectively
A strong background in digital marketing, indicating familiarity with modern marketing strategies and platforms
