Job Description

We are seeking a full-time (40 hours per week)Director of Network Development to join our Advanced Care Organization (ACO) team. This is a 100% remote position.

Join the LTC ACO as the Director of Business Network Development where you will educate, recruit and initiate contracts with physicians, mid-level providers and skilled nursing facilities so they partner with the LTC ACO. You will work closely with internal LTC ACO team members to ensure providers get credentialed and trained so they function at maximum effectiveness.

The salary range for this position is $155000 - $159000 / year.

LTC ACO, a subsidiary of Genesis HealthCare, began in 2016 as the first Accountable Care Organization (ACO) focused on the special needs of Medicare Beneficiaries residing in long-term care (LTC) facilities. This includes, but is not limited to, the frail elderly, individuals living with Alzheimer's disease or dementia, depression, amputations, developmental or physical disabilities, renal failure and individuals with multiple chronic diseases with complications. By participating in LTC ACO, physicians and LTC nursing centers will finally be recognized and rewarded for improving the quality and cost of care delivered to this vulnerable subset of the Medicare population.

The LTC ACO's mission is to dramatically improve the quality and cost of healthcare delivered to these Medicare Beneficiaries, rewarding participating providers for achieving these outcomes. Position Highlights

*Identify, develop, implement and execute strategies for recruiting targeted providers and facilities.
* Conduct sales presentations to providers and high-level executives regarding the LTC ACO.
*Assist in the recruiting process for providers or facilities including leads generation, social networking, advertising and medical conferences.
*Maintain and update marketing materials for network development such as the Executive Summary, FAQs and pre-go live documents.
*Communicate to large facility operators the recruitment status regarding their providers.
*Coordinate and distribute recruiting or marketing materials to providers.

Qualifications

*Bachelor's Degree preferred with consideration for equivalent professional experience, including 7+ years of health care industry experience, preferably with an emphasis in provider relations and operations.
*Well-developed analytical skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel- based data analysis and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
*Strong computer skills and technology experience. Proficiency in Google Suite is desired.
*Experience with EMR system, providing end user training is required.
*Must have flexibility to travel as needed and have valid driver's license
* Knowledge of the physician and facility operations and experience in drafting, negotiating and closing complex contracts is required.
*Must have excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
