Director of Nursing - $15k Sign on Bonus

Pleasant Hill Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our skilled nursing facility. As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of patient care, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing exceptional leadership to our nursing team.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive nursing care plans for residents

Recruit, hire, train, and supervise nursing staff

Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid

Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care

Manage the facility's nursing budget

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Active RN license

Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing management

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality improvement initiatives

Strongly preferred 3 years-experience in long term / skilled care
