Eddy Village Green Cohoes is currently seeking a dynamic and compassionate Director of Nursing Services to lead our nursing team. The
Director of Nursing will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This leadership position requires strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for enhancing the lives of our residents.
Eddy Village Green Cohoes is a 192 bed Greenhouse Style premier skilled nursing healthcare facility located in the village of Cohoes, NY.
YOU'VE NEVER SEEN A NURSING HOME LIKE THIS ONE! Eddy Village Green is the first-of-its-kind community in the greater Capital Region and New York State to replicate The Green House model. The Green House is a concept that transforms traditional skilled nursing care for seniors and offers an innovative new approach that eliminates the conventional, institutional feel of traditional nursing facilities.
Eddy Village Green features 16 ranch-style houses, each accommodating 12 elders. Picture walking into a house, seeing an open kitchen/dining area and living room with a fireplace, surrounded by 12 private bedrooms.

Salary: $96,616 - $135,000.00 annual salary
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
- Experience in a greenhouse style nursing home is preferred, but not required
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
Preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Experience in a leadership role at a Greenhouse style nursing home
