Description:
Providence Place at the Collegeville Inn is seeking to recruit a dynamic individual to lead our team of nurses and caregivers. The Director of Nursing oversees the Assisted Living department with the goal of providing a safe, homelike environment where residents can achieve and maintain their fullest level of wellness and function. Utilizes sound management principles to maintain a motivated and stable staff. Manages resident health and wellness through regular resident monitoring and communication to the resident care team. The Director of Nursing is also involved in the hiring process and quality training of caregivers.
Salary: Starting salary at $90K
Full Time Hours include: 8:30am - 5pm, Weekend/Holiday MOD rotation. Some evenings will be required.

Minimum qualifications:
Current Pennsylvania LPN License
Minimum of one year experience in assisted living/personal care or health care.
Prior supervisory experience in the health care environment strongly preferred.
CPR Certified.
