Starting negotiable rate for the position is $100,000.00 annually

Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure adherence to best practices in patient care.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that align with regulatory standards.
- Oversee the creation and management of individualized care plans for residents.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations and other healthcare standards.
- Conduct regular assessments of patient health status and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Foster a collaborative environment among clinical staff to enhance patient outcomes.
- Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff to promote professional development.
Requirements
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state license; BSN preferred.
- Proven experience in nursing administration or leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology.
- Experience with acute care settings; hospice care experience is a plus.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
