We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Operations Director to provide operational leadership and consultation for our Chris Kyle Patriots Hospital. As the Operations Director, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and supporting the facility's treatment program and philosophy.

The Position we are seeking:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Operations Director to provide operational leadership and consultation for our Chris Kyle Patriots Hospital. As the Operations Director, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and supporting the facility's treatment program and philosophy.
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage vendor contracts for quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Support program development and enhancement at Chris Kyle site.
- Manage vendor contracts for quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure high-quality patient care, aligning with organizational values and policies.
- Ensure safety compliance and supervise safety elements.
- Participate in safety plan development, fire safety, hazardous material management, and record maintenance.
- Intervene in immediate threats and report to relevant committees.
- Assess facility maintenance needs and recommend actions.
- Collaborate on risk event support and reporting
- Ensure compliance with laws, standards, and regulations in policies and procedures.
- Maintain communication with referral sources, family members, and uphold confidentiality and client rights.
- Support client rights program and interdepartmental collaboration.
- Uphold confidentiality and patient rights, staying informed about mental health laws.
Qualifications
Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should have:
- Clinical Expertise: A bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field.
- Operations Expertise: 2 (two)years direct experience in management, leadership, staff education.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
