We are now looking for a Rockstar Director of Operations to elevate our efficiency, oversee transactions, streamline processes, and support our continued growth.

Role Overview:

The Director of Operations will play a critical leadership role in ensuring the smooth execution of all real estate transactions, overseeing paperwork compliance, managing marketing initiatives, and supporting team operations. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the full real estate transaction process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle contracts, disclosures, and all necessary paperwork, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Develop, implement, and refine operational systems to optimize efficiency.
  • Work closely with agents to provide administrative and transactional support.
  • Assist in managing marketing campaigns, social media, and brand initiatives.
  • Coordinate with vendors, title companies, and lenders to ensure seamless closings.
  • Manage CRM systems, databases, and client communications.
  • Provide high-level support in team management and operational oversight.
  • Ensure the team is aligned with company goals and standards of excellence.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:
  • 4+ years of experience in real estate operations, transaction coordination, or a similar role.
  • Florida Real Estate License
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate contracts, compliance, and closing procedures.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and real estate platforms.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • A problem-solver with a "get-it-done" mentality.
  • Experience in luxury real estate is a huge plus.
