Position Description: This position is responsible for leading and developing the operations team to ensure the successful execution of safe high-quality work and profitable growth of the division.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all operational activities at the divisional level and continually build and develop the operations team. (full-Commitment)

• Create high-performance teams that are committed to performing quality work by investing in knowledge and skill development of key leaders within project management, site management, and construction management. (true-Craftsmanship)

• Communicate regularly with the Divisional Leadership Team and BEC's Senior Leadership Team to provide updates on project progress, divisional finances, and the goals/initiatives of the operations team. (one-Community)

• Serve the operations team in a manner consistent with BEC's Purpose, Mission, Vision, and Values by committing to helping each team member maximize their contribution to the Division's and BEC's success.. (high-Character)

• Perform other duties as assigned.
