Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage branch personnel, focusing on talent identification, hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development.
- Ensure a commitment to high-level customer service, urgency, and effective communication among staff.
- Organize and direct branch operations to guarantee the availability and provision of quality care and services.
- Engage proactively with clients to enhance their experience and outcomes.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and systems, identifying issues and implementing action plans based on KPIs.
- Foster collaborative communication with clinical leadership, management, supervisors, and staff.
- Provide timely reporting and documentation.
- Measure and support the performance of all branch roles, motivating the team to achieve goals and contribute to overall success.
- Assist in budget planning and ensure branches operate within budget guidelines.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff across various functions to maintain solid communication and a unified approach toward achieving budgeted goals and exemplary service.
- Act as a catalyst for performance improvement and quality enhancement.
- Collaborate with Care Support staff and weekend teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
- Work with the RVP of Operations to establish in-house quality procedures and standards.
- Perform quality assurance calls to Tier A & B clients.
- Monitor KPIs such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), client retention rates, and reasons for attrition.
- Support office personnel with audit requirements and ongoing compliance needs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in health care administration or a related field, or a minimum of five years of administrative experience in the home healthcare field.
- Previous experience as a Home Care Agency Administrator, preferably with regional oversight of multiple branches, is preferred.
- Familiarity with home care guidelines is preferred.
- Highly professional, organized, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with diverse office needs.
- Excellent client service and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
