We're looking for a strategic and driven Director of Partnerships - Subscriptions to lead and scale partnership initiatives that drive subscriber acquisition, engagement, retention and value across the iFIT ecosystem. This role will identify and execute high-impact partnerships with fitness, wellness, technology, retail, and content brands to expand iFIT's reach and unlock new growth opportunities.
You will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance and Legal to craft compelling partner experiences, offers, and integrations that align with iFIT's strategic priorities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

ROLE COMMITMENTS
- Deliver the growth, retention and engagement targets associated with the partnership budget.
- Identify, negotiate, and activate key partnerships that drive subscriber acquisition, unlock new channels, or enhance the value proposition of iFIT subscriptions.
- Create a repeatable and scalable approach for evaluating, structuring, and launching partnerships-including templates, toolkits, and processes to enable efficient execution.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with partners to foster collaboration and drive business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the subscription partnership strategy aligned with growth goals. Identify key categories and partners that can expand reach and enhance the iFIT member experience. Delivery the growth, retention and engagement targets associated with the partnership budget.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate strategic partnerships that drive subscriber acquisition or add incremental value for current subscribers.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Finance to design compelling co-branded offers, bundled experiences, or integrated solutions that deliver measurable results.
- Build and manage strong relationships with external partners. Serve as the primary point of contact and ensure mutual value is being delivered.
Set KPIs, track performance, and optimize partnership programs based on data and learnings. Deliver clear reporting and insights to senior leadership. - Ability to navigate complex organizations and influence C-suite decision makers; can navigate relationships requiring multiple touch points across partners organization.
- Work closely with Legal, Finance, Product, and Marketing to ensure seamless execution and compliance for all partnership initiatives.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 8+ years of of client facing experience with a record of achievement in the Sales, Business Development, Consulting, or similar space
- Proven track record of growing top to bottom relationships, ability to extend influence to the C-Suite
