Position Summary:

The Director of Performance Marketing will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of data-driven marketing efforts across all digital performance channels. Accountable for driving customer acquisition, improving ROI, and accelerating revenue growth through paid search, paid social, display, SEO, and emerging AI-driven media. Build and mentor a team, own the performance marketing budget, and collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing with business goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategy & Leadership: Develop and lead data-driven performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and measurable ROI. Define and manage performance goals and KPIs across paid media, SEO, and emerging channels. Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing performance marketing team. Provide ongoing feedback, career development support, and regular performance evaluations. Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
  • Campaign Execution & Optimization: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Leverage data, attribution models, A/B testing, and analytics tools to continuously refine campaign performance. Enhance marketing technology and measurement frameworks to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Segmentation & Testing: Implement audience segmentation strategies to improve targeting, creative performance, and conversion rates. Drive continuous A/B testing and experimentation across creative assets, messaging, and funnel experiences. Utilize advanced data analysis and attribution models to inform campaign strategy and performance improvements.
  • Website Strategy & Optimization: Lead website strategy, SEO efforts, and CRO initiatives to improve traffic, engagement, and conversions. Collaborate with UX/UI, web development, and product teams to optimize landing pages, navigation, and checkout flow. Utilize heatmaps, session recordings, and A/B testing to analyze user behavior and improve site performance. Ensure seamless integration between marketing campaigns and the website experience.
  • Budget Oversight: Own and manage the performance marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of spend. Optimize ROAS, CAC, and LTV while monitoring media costs and overall financial performance.
  • Data & Reporting: Analyze marketing performance data to extract actionable insights and inform strategic decisions. Deliver clear, data-driven reports to senior leadership on campaign effectiveness, spend efficiency, and growth opportunities. Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making across the marketing team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with brand, creative, product, finance, analytics, and web development teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Partner with external agencies and vendors to scale campaigns and drive innovation. Ensure performance marketing supports broader company and revenue goals.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives.
