RESPONSIBILITIES: Director of Postsecondary Success & Innovation
SALARY/RATE: TBD - Annual Salary (Range: $100,000 - $115,000)

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Professional Educator License (PEL) or Educator License with Stipulations (ELS) with an Endorsement in Career and Technical Education
- PEL with an Administrative Endorsement preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of successful teaching experience in high school
- Advanced formal training in one (1) area of Career and Technical Education
- 2000 hours work experience in a vocational field preferred
- Experience developing partnerships with businesses, higher education institutions, and community organizations
- Demonstrated strong knowledge of current, research-based practices related to dual-credit, CTE, and work-based learning models
- Proficiency in using data systems to track student progress and program effectiveness including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and cloud-based applications
- Proficient with PCs, tablets, and other mobile electronic devices
- Demonstrated aptitude as a self-starter who works with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated aptitude in interpersonal skills and written and oral communication skills
- Effective human relations and problem-solving skills
- Strong orientation toward providing customer service
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work positively and productively with adults and high school age students which includes an understanding of cultural background, language needs, and developmental needs
