Essential Functions of the position are detailed below and include any physical requirements checked below:
1.Responsible for the strategic leadership, operational oversight, and program development of the Pregnancy and Parenting Programs, which includes leading recruitment, training, coaching, and administrative supervision of staff.
2. Supervise, mentor, and provide professional development support to Pregnancy and Parenting Directors, Program Managers, and staff to foster a high-performance, collaborative, innovative team.
3. Design, implementation, and outcomes. Ensure high-quality, family-centered programming for families with children under five.
4.Monitor industry trends, regulations, and policies to maintain compliance and incorporate best practices.
5.Review statistical data to ensure quality service provision. Implement data-driven approaches to measure program impact and effectiveness. Oversee reporting, evaluation, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
6.Ensure responsible financial management, grant funding compliance, and resource allocation. Assist with grant applications to secure and sustain funding. Maintain accurate records and timely monthly reporting for planning and informed decision-making.
7.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with community partners, funders, and internal and external stakeholders to enhance service offerings and improve outcomes for children and families.
8.Ensure the team maintains up-to-date and accurate client files and database entries by organizational and regulatory professional standards and requirements.
9.Handles all client crises with sensitivity, makes independent decisions, and consults with the supervisory chain and internal and external business partners when necessary to resolve matters.
Education and Experience Requirements
Preferred: Master's degree in social work, Early Childhood Education, Public Administration or related field preferred.
Minimum: Bachelor's degree in social work, Early Childhood Education, Public Administration or related field preferred.
Preferred: 7-10 years of leadership experience in non-profit management or related field. Experience working with government funded programs (Head Start, WIC, mental health programs) Familiar with trauma-informed care and culturally responsive programming
Minimum: 5-7 years of leadership experience in non-profit management or related field. (Head Start, WIC, mental health programs) Familiar with trauma-informed care and culturally responsive programming
Immediate Supervisor: VP of Empowering Mothers Inpact Area
Directly Supervises: Program Managers, Roseland Adolescence Pregnancy and Parenting Program
PLEASE NOTE:* Essential functions include all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Kneel and move from sitting, bending, kneeling or standing multiple times a day.
X Push and pull objects up to 25 pounds.
X Climb up and down up to 3 flights of stairs at a time.
X Lift up to 25 pounds.
