Position Summary:
The Director of Product Management and Marketing will lead the strategic direction and execution of product management and marketing initiatives. This role will be pivotal in driving market research, ensuring market alignment, developing the product roadmap, orchestrating new product launch plans, and enhancing product marketing strategies. Additionally, the role will support the sales team as a product specialist, providing expert guidance and insights.

This is an in-office position in our Cary, NC corporate office, with work flexibility subject to manager approval. Position will require moderate air travel to attend key vendor/customer meetings or attend industry trade shows.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
- Ensure market alignment by understanding customer needs and industry demands.
- Develop and manage the product roadmap, aligning with company objectives and growth strategies.
- Plan and execute new product launches, including go-to-market strategies and cross-functional coordination.
- Create and implement effective product marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and product adoption.
- Act as a product specialist to support the sales team with expert knowledge, presentations, and customer engagements.
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and operations teams to ensure product development aligns with market requirements.
- Analyze product performance metrics to inform continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage the product management and marketing efforts, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in product management and marketing, preferably in the LCD/OLED or related technology industry.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
