Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Oversee market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs.
- Lead and manage a team of product managers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
- Create compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs and adjust strategies as needed.
- Create and manage a consistent and effective product story across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the product and executive teams to provide timely and accurate information about product updates, company performance, and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze research and reports to extract valuable insights and identify opportunities for improving Allied Telesis' positioning and messaging.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with key customers to gather insights, testimonials, and case studies that highlight the value and impact of Allied Telesis' solutions.

Experience, Skills & Abilities:
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the technology industry.
- Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing marketing teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling narratives.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Deep understanding of the B2B marketing landscape and eCommerce dynamics.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for complex products.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency and adaptability.
Education / Training:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
