Director of Property Management

Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of property managers and supporting staff among several office locations
• Provide management, leadership, and training for direct reports
• Oversee approval for financial matters - budget oversight, invoices, contracts, expense reports, etc
• Establish and develop longstanding relationships with client/tenant base
• Ensure regular maintenance is conducted for buildings in the portfolio

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role at a commercial real estate firm, managing direct reports and overseeing budgets
• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required

Compensation:

• 130-150K depending on experience
• Strong annual bonus potential
