Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field (Masters preferred).
• Proven experience in healthcare quality improvement, risk management, or patient safety.
• RN license strongly preferred; bring your clinical expertise to drive meaningful change!
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams.
