Director of Recruiting

Alliance Health Systems is looking for a highly experienced Director of Recruiting to oversee all talent acquisition operations in our company. In this role, you will be responsible for determining the objectives and strategic direction of the recruiting team and enhancing our employer branding efforts. You will work alongside the VP of HR, Director of HR, and COO in order coordinate strategies and optimize processes for improving recruiting.
Responsibilities

• Assess the company's hiring needs, define recruitment goals, and collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Establish annual hiring forecasts and allocate the recruiting budget, informed by data and internal assessments.
• Design and optimize internal recruitment policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Oversee the execution of the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Design and implement unique recruitment strategies to successfully onboard professionals in every specialty.
• Manage outreach efforts across multiple online platforms to identify top talent for both AHS and Alliance Orthopedics
• Set interview and assessment criteria for candidates and support final hiring decisions, particularly for senior-level roles.
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment programs using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per hire, turnover rates, and time-to-hire metrics.
• Assist in customizing new ATS
• Provide guidance and training to junior recruiting staff as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition management, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Proficiency in relevant applicant tracking systems
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Strong project and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
