The successful candidate will lead a team of Sales Managers to execute plans, manage customer relationships, and meet regional targets, in addition to ensuring alignment with company goals, implementing best practices, and promoting a high-performing sales culture.

- Lead, mentor, and coach Sales Managers and the Pricing Manager for team success and effective pricing strategies.
- Oversee recruitment, development, and training of Sales Managers and their teams.
- Set and exceed regional sales targets, collaborating with other directors for unified strategies.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop capture strategies.
- Establish goals and performance metrics for Sales Managers.
- Analyze sales data to adjust strategies and meet demands.
- Execute regional promotional campaigns.
- Align regional efforts with national/global strategies.
- Oversee pricing and report performance to senior leadership.
- Support CRM system use and expansion.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, participate in trade shows, and network with industry experts to deepen market and technology understanding.
Requirements for the Director of Regional Sales:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5+ years being in the flexible packaging industry.
- Driver's license required.
- Sufficient knowledge of flexible packaging markets.
- CRM software knowledge.
