Description:
Volare Health, LLC is seeking a Director of Regulatory and Compliance to oversee adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations across our skilled nursing facilities. This role will involve developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs, policies, and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care, mitigate risks, and maintain operational excellence.
Location: Oregon (Hybrid - must reside in OR!)
Compensation: $150/K + (DOE, Salaried)

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with CMS, OSHA, HIPAA, and state regulations.
- Develop and maintain policies aligned with regulatory standards.
- Manage regulatory audits, surveys, and inspections.
- Conduct audits, risk assessments, and mock surveys to mitigate compliance risks.
- Lead staff education and training on regulatory matters.
- Oversee documentation integrity, including compliance reports and survey responses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5-7 years of experience in regulatory compliance within skilled nursing or long-term care.
- In-depth knowledge of CMS, HIPAA, OSHA, and state regulations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- CHC or similar certification preferred.
Physical Demands:
- Requires working in a fast-paced environment, standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and occasional weekend work.
