The Director of Restoration is responsible for the oversight and management of the project cycle for all mitigation and remediation projects by providing training, direction and coordination of all field activities related to the technician.

This person may assist in managing the project schedule throughout the project lifecycle; and securing any unique materials, permits and/or equipment required to complete the project.

What You'll Do
This position will be responsible for Project Management related work for commercial clients for project types including retail, multi-family, and commercial, on one or multiple projects of diverse sizes. This person may assist in managing the project schedule throughout the project lifecycle; and securing any unique materials, permits and/or equipment required to complete the project.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Ability to manage and build high performing teams
- Review job profitably and analyze financial reports pertaining to the mitigation department
- Ability to communicate with a variety of customers
- Plan, organize and manage warehouses, vehicles, inventory, crew, and subcontractors
- Establish and maintain client relationships
- Responsible for mentoring, coaching, and developing employees, recognizing strengths and weaknesses, and developing their skills and abilities
- Excellent computer skills and written & verbal communication skills
- Manage all aspects of work required while on the job site to include laborers, equipment, demo, drying, and reconstruction
- Respond to property damage emergency calls
- Maintain relationships with property managers and commercial end-users
- Manage budgets, schedules and progress of restoration and reconstruction projects, from start to finish while maintaining quality standards
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience in the Restoration Industry as well as in commercial restoration
- Proven ability to oversee and manage multiple projects at one time
- Ability to manage budgets and schedules
- Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedules
- Experience establishing contacts and relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
- Possess exceptional organizational and planning skills (detail-oriented person)
- Persuasive communication and negotiation skills
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
