Tampa Bay Sun FC seeks a strategic, driven, and visionary Director of Revenue to lead all revenue-generating initiatives for the Club. This executive-level role oversees both the ticket sales and corporate partnership departments. The Director of Revenue will play a key leadership role within the Club, directly managing staff, collaborating across departments, and personally contributing to the success of high-value sales initiatives. It is ideal for a leader who thrives in a high-growth, purpose-driven sports environment and is ready to help shape the commercial future of professional women's soccer in Tampa Bay and beyond.

This is a full-time position with weeknight, weekend, and game-day responsibilities. It reports directly to the Club's President.

Revenue Strategy & Leadership
Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Set revenue KPIs and targets for the ticketing and sponsorship teams, and track progress to adjust strategies as needed.
Manage and mentor the ticket sales and corporate partnership staff to foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture.

Ticket Sales
Oversee all aspects of ticketing strategy, including pricing, packaging, season and group sales, promotions, and fan outreach.
Drive attendance to meet or exceed annual goal metrics set across all home games.
Partner with marketing and fan engagement teams to optimize outreach and conversion strategies.

Corporate Partnerships
Direct the end-to-end process of corporate sponsorships, including prospecting, pitching, closing, activation, and renewals.
Personally lead or assist in the sales and relationship management of high-value and high-profile partnerships, working alongside the partnerships team.
Ensure fulfillment and activation of partner deliverables, focusing on providing measurable value and return on investment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting
Collaborate with marketing, operations, game day, and community teams to deliver integrated revenue-driving campaigns.
Create and maintain regular reports on sales performance, pipeline forecasting, and strategic opportunities for leadership.
Stay current with sports industry trends and best practices to guide innovative revenue approaches.

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in revenue generation, corporate partnerships, and/or ticket sales, preferably in professional sports.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
Strong leadership experience with a focus on team development and goal achievement.
Demonstrated success in selling and managing high-value sponsorships.
Experience with CRM and ticketing systems; SeatGeek experience preferred.
Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
Passion for advancing women's sports and contributing to a mission-driven team environment.
