Job Description

The Director of Revenue Management at Cirrus will be responsible for developing and implementing dynamic pricing strategies to optimize rental income and occupancy across a multifamily portfolio. This role requires a data-driven leader who can analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and operational performance to drive revenue growth. The Director will collaborate with senior leadership, property management teams, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A) to execute revenue optimization initiatives that align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Strategy Development: Create and implement strategic pricing and lease term optimization initiatives to maximize revenue and minimize vacancies.

Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on local market conditions, competitor pricing, demand drivers, and economic trends to inform pricing decisions.

Revenue Optimization Software: Utilize industry-leading revenue management platforms (e.g., LRO, YieldStar) to forecast demand, analyze trends, and adjust pricing dynamically.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze portfolio performance, occupancy trends, and financial KPIs to drive data-driven decision-making.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop annual revenue budgets, rental income forecasts, and long-term pricing strategies in collaboration with FP&A.

Stakeholder Communication: Present revenue insights, pricing strategies, and market trends to senior leadership, regional property managers, and key stakeholders.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Partner with marketing, leasing, and operations teams to align pricing strategies with broader business objectives.

Team Leadership & Development: Provide guidance and training to property management teams to ensure pricing strategies are effectively executed.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in revenue management, pricing strategy, asset management, or financial analysis within the real estate industry. - Required

At least 3 years in a leadership role. - Preferred

Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of multifamily real estate markets, lease structures, and economic factors affecting rental demand. - Required

Analytical & Technical Skills: Proficiency in revenue management software (e.g., LRO, YieldStar), financial modeling, and data analysis tools.

Leadership & Communication: Excellent ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and present complex data insights in a clear and compelling manner.

Technology Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.

Additional Information

Location: Woodland Hills (20720 Ventura Blvd. Woodland Hills, CA) office with hybrid schedule

Pay: $100,000 - $130,000 per year
