Job Summary: The Director ofSales andBusiness Developmentis responsible forongoingacquisition and development of customer relationships.Additionally,the role requires akeen understanding of the market, customer demand,industryintelligenceandsharingtheir knowledge with the rest of the commercial team.

The Director ofSales andBusiness Development position must be willing to travel to visit customers,vendors andattend industry conferences.It requires that one be a self-starter, able to work as part of a team and willing toassistwith all day-to-day operations inherent to a rapidly growing organization.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Establish TrueAero as an approvedsupplierfor selected accounts
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to Sales team
  • Generate new opportunities for the purchase of assets, driving the process of modelling & bidding
  • Ensure inventory sales are aligned with market value
  • Attended industry conferences and networking events
  • Maintain high energy, positiveattitude,andgreat senseof humor
  • Other tasks and projects as directed by management


Required Experience:
  • A bachelor's or master's degree andat least fiveyears'experience in commercial aviation
  • Strong communication, consultation, and relationship management skills
  • Detail orientation with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
  • Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
