Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a diverse team of Sales Managers, SDRs, and Sales Representatives
Develop and execute comprehensive inbound sales strategies globally
Collaborate with senior leadership across departments
Cultivate relationships with key global clients
Spearhead upmarket expansion initiatives

Required Qualifications:
10+ years of B2B sales experience
5+ years managing both individual contributors and Sales Managers
Proven track record in startup environments
Experience scaling sales operations from scratch
Strong history of marketing collaboration
Strategic acumen with global perspective

Location: New York City (hybrid work model, 2 days in office)

Compensation: $180k - $250k base
