This is a full time Director level position with base salary, plus commission, and benefits that may require nights and weekends. We make everything from scratch from recipes designed by a James Beard award winning concept chef. The Director of Sales and Local Marketing generates leads, books, coordinates and executes all types of private events and banquet sales for multiple Cuba Libre locations. Work with Marketing to support and/or develop marketing, public relations, and event creation and acts as the lead conduit between Marketing initiatives and local execution in a restaurant.
This is a remote position with approximately 10-15% travel for learning of the locations, bi-annual meetings with the location GM/Exec Chef and for large scale event/buyout purposes.

Qualifications:
- 2-3 years previous sales and marketing experience in hospitality with high service standards
- Adhere to food safety and responsible alcohol standards
- Be hospitality oriented
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to speak, read and write English. Spanish is a plus
