The Director of Sales and Marketing to leads all aspects of the hotel's sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving revenue and maximizing occupancy. This role requires a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain guests.
  • Revenue Management: Oversee revenue management strategies to optimize room rates and maximize revenue.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive bookings.
  • Sales Team Management: Recruit, hire, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts, travel agents, and industry partners.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage annual sales and marketing budgets.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Brand Management: Protect and enhance the hotel's brand reputation.
  • Event Planning: Oversee the planning and execution of special events and promotions.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Monitor guest satisfaction and implement strategies to improve overall guest experience.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue goals.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations and distribution channels.
