SCOPE:
The Director of Sales and Marketing is a dynamic and results-driven individual tasked with leading our sales team, driving occupancy and revenue growth, and optimizing sales strategies using data analytics and technology. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in selling Manufactured Homes and a proven track record of leveraging IT and data-driven insights to enhance lead generation and sales performance. The Director of Sales and Marketing must adhere to all applicable fair housing laws governing real estate sales, leasing, and management services.

COMPENSATION: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00/Yr based on experience and significant bonus potential based on achieving results.
LOCATION: Hybrid - FL preferred, travel will be required due to coverage area and additional travel for out of area meetings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Set aggressive but achievable sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds them.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to increase sales volume and profitability metrics.
Leadership & Team Development
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and professional development to enhance team performance.
- Foster a results-oriented sales culture with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement.
Data-Driven Sales & Technology Utilization
- Utilize CRM systems, analytics tools, and sales automation software to track performance and optimize sales processes.
- Analyze customer data, sales trends, and market insights to refine sales strategies.
- Implement technology solutions to streamline lead generation, conversion, and customer engagement.
Customer & Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including operations and inventory departments, customers, dealers, and business partners.
- Ensure superior customer experience through personalized sales approaches and post-sale support.
- Develop and support customer retention strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:
- Proven track record in selling manufactured housing and/or high-value products (real estate, automotive, etc.).
- 8+ years of sales leadership experience, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Master's in Business Administration an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics, and IT tools to drive performance.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in the housing, construction, or mobile home industry is a plus.
