This position pays $97,000-$105,000 annually based on experience.

We're seeking a seasoned Director of Sales & Marketing to lead our commercial strategy and grow our presence in group, corporate, and convention markets.
The Role:
As Director of Sales & Marketing, you will drive all sales, marketing, and public relations efforts to maximize revenue and occupancy. This is a strategic leadership position responsible for leading a dynamic sales team, developing and executing the hotel's sales plan, and collaborating with key stakeholders to elevate the DoubleTree brand in the local and regional market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the hotel's annual Revenue Plan and strategic marketing initiatives
- Lead and coach a high-performing sales and marketing team
- Identify new business opportunities across group, corporate, government, and SMERF segments
- Build strong client relationships through proactive outreach and site visits
- Collaborate with Hilton regional and global sales offices to drive inbound business
- Oversee marketing campaigns, digital presence, and public relations efforts
- Conduct revenue forecasting, budgeting, and profit/loss analysis
- Represent the hotel at key trade shows, conferences, and community events
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience as a Director of Sales & Marketing in a full-service hotel environment
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record in meeting/group sales and strategic revenue generation
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills
- Proficiency with Delphi, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Previous exposure to front office or food & beverage operations is a plus
