Director of Sales, Enterprise

What you'll do
- Strategic Account Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand enterprise client accounts, increase ARR, and achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- New Business Acquisition: Identify, engage, and secure new enterprise customers through consultative selling, leveraging industry insights, and tailoring solutions to client needs.
- Sales via Channels: Leveraging strategic channel partnerships to drive scalable growth.
- Enterprise SaaS Selling: Positioning LeapXpert's solutions effectively in large enterprise environments.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within enterprise accounts.
- Revenue Expansion: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts by understanding customer challenges and aligning solutions to their business objectives.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy and predictable sales pipeline by actively tracking opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasting, and managing deal cycles efficiently.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead complex contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal structuring to ensure mutually beneficial agreements while maximizing revenue potential.
- Market & Industry Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive movements, and customer challenges to position offerings effectively and differentiate them from competitors.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Partner with marketing, product, and sales engineering teams to refine go-to-market strategies, tailor messaging, and enhance value propositions for enterprise clients.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven Sales Performance: Demonstrated success in enterprise sales, with a track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and growing ARR.
- Executive-Level Communication & Presentation Skills: Ability to articulate value propositions effectively, lead executive-level discussions, and influence decision-makers.
- Enterprise Sales Expertise: Strong experience managing complex sales cycles, including stakeholder engagement, long-term relationship building, and solution-based selling.
- Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Expertise in negotiating high-value contracts, pricing models, and multi-year agreements with enterprise clients.
- Revenue Growth Mindset: Ability to identify and execute strategies for increasing ARR through customer acquisition, account expansion, and retention initiatives.
