Western States Lodging and Management (WSLM) is looking for a Director of Sales Operations who's equal parts strategic thinker, process optimizer, and leadership coach. Someone who sees the magic in a well-built sales funnel, loves turning data into action, and thrives on collaborating across departments to drive real results.
At Western States Lodging & Management (WSLM), we're scaling fast-and with a heart. You'll be at the center of our growth engine, supporting 3rd-party management new business development, launching our innovative new university-based retirement living brand (Varcity), and consulting with Regional Directors to drive performance across our hospitality and senior living communities.
This is not a sit-back-and-monitor kind of role. You'll be deep in the work-shaping strategy, building enablement tools, refining sales training, and helping our teams deliver on our mission: Serving You Like Family.

You enjoy coaching and consulting with regional sales leaders to help them shine.
You've worked in (and genuinely understand) hospitality or senior living environments.

This is a remote or hybrid role with ~20% travel to our home office located in South Jordan, Utah and Varcity properties during key phases. We are offering a competitive based pay with additional bonus potential.
