Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain an effective organizational structure and sales standards for negotiated contract sales
  • Direct the implementation of the sales program and assist in the yearly individual operating location revenue plan process
  • Lead and develop sales team members and support the revenue management operating procedures
  • Engage and guide annual sales plan creation and execution
  • Understand market trends and identify areas that can assist with the development of growth strategies


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, or relevant field required
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales management experience at a senior level within the hospitality industry
  • Minimum of 7 years of catering and event sales experience required
  • Strong sales, speaking, writing, presentation, and relationship management skills are required
  • Ability to travel, potentially up to 25%
