Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve property revenue goals.
Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure performance excellence.
Cultivate relationships with key clients and partners to maximize group, corporate, and leisure business opportunities.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns that enhance visibility and occupancy.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of the New York market & Tri State Area.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to lead a team and achieve ambitious sales targets.
