Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to lead our Wholesale Division in the bustling world of artisanal baked goods. As the strategic mind behind our wholesale sales initiatives, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and foster strong relationships with key wholesale partners.
Role & Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the wholesale division, aligning with overall business objectives and market trends.
Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and distribution channels to maximize revenue and increase the presence of our bakery products in the wholesale sector.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing, product offerings, and promotional strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
Utilize data-driven insights to forecast sales trends, analyze performance metrics, and make informed decisions to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and lead negotiations of contracts and agreements with wholesale partners.

Requirements
Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the bakery or food industry.
Strong understanding of wholesale distribution channels and market dynamics.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing.
