Job Description:
BrokerTeam Insurance Solutions Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead and drive our sales efforts, with a strong focus on growing our commercial volume. This leadership role involves strategic planning, setting clear objectives, team development, and cultivating strong business relationships. The Director of Sales will play a critical role in expanding our business while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service (CSR) department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth in commercial sales volume
• Set clear objectives and KPIs to achieve company sales goals
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key business partners and clients
• Lead the CSR department, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer service
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for growth
