With a competitive compensation range of $90,000 - $120,000 yearly, you will have the opportunity to drive growth and success in a rapidly expanding market. As the Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets, fostering client relationships, and enhancing our company brand. Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to exceed performance goals
Build and refine the entire client experience and conversion process
Track KPIs, lead accountability, and create clarity for each agent
Ensure consistent team culture, energy, and values alignment
Recruit and onboard agents who fit the team's mission and values
Collaborate with executive leadership to hit growth milestones
Drive excitement, loyalty, and ownership from within the sales team
Qualifications
Prior leadership in real estate or a comparable high-performance sales environment
Proven ability to coach individuals to hit and exceed targets
Experience building systems, playbooks, and repeatable sales processes
High emotional intelligence and ability to influence through trust and clarity
Driven, focused, and passionate about growing people
Tech and systems-literate (CRM, lead tracking, analytics tools)
Clear communicator who thrives in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
