Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts across all apparel categories, including Mens, Women, and Kids. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in apparel sales, specifically with well-known brands such as Puma, New Balance, Under Armour, Adidas, Nike, and others.

The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the apparel market and a strong network within the industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth across various distribution channels including off-price, full price, specialty retail, and clubs. Your leadership will be critical in managing existing relationships while also identifying new business opportunities to expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
Build strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders in the apparel industry.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with brand objectives.
Oversee the management of existing business in specialty and off-price channels (e.g., URBN, Ross, Burlington).

Work Schedule:
4 days on site /1 day work from home
