We're hiring a Director of Sales to lead both sides of our go-to-market strategy-direct government sales and reseller partnerships. You'll work directly with founders and move fast without red tape.

- Build and manage relationships with key DoD buyers and acquisition teams
- Recruit, activate, and support high-performing resellers and integrators
- Navigate federal procurement programs (GSA, SEWP, DoD ESI, etc)
- Drive pipeline growth and forecast revenue in Hubspot
- Represent Pylon at top industry events (AFCEA, NDIA, TechNet, etc.)
- Collaborate with marketing on sales materials, training, and partner enablement
- Proven success in direct federal sales and/or channel management
- Strong federal network and ability to turn connections into revenue
- Expertise in government procurement and contract vehicles
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot or similar)
- Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity frameworks (RMF, NIST) is a plus
- Base salary: $90,000 - $150,000
- OTE: $240,000 - $300,000+ (commissions and bonuses)
- Incentives: Reseller recruitment bonuses and revenue accelerators
