Your Mission:
As Director of Service Delivery, you'll report to the VP of Operations and play a key role in revolutionizing how we deliver services across our organization. You'll be the change agent championing digitization, optimizing operational tools, and ensuring consistent, client-focused delivery across our field operations.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Drive Digitization: Champion the use of tools like CEP, Vision, and MySecuritas to enhance consistency and operational value.
- Lead Change & Innovation: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, embracing and implementing new technologies and methodologies.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with teams across Operations, Product, Enterprise Applications, and Talent to align on digital-first, client-centered practices.
- Analyze & Act: Collect and interpret data, surveys, and feedback to identify trends, improve delivery, and implement actionable solutions.
- Track Metrics: Monitor key service delivery indicators including satisfaction scores, retention, and NPS to assess performance.
- Facilitate Communication: Lead strategic field communications to improve alignment, clarity, and efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in client lifecycle management, operations, or service delivery.
- Proven success in cross-functional project and program leadership.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communicator with a flair for presentations and training.
- Demonstrated ability to execute under pressure and deliver results.
