Director of Service Operations

Job Responsibilites:

• Lead the development and implementation of Continuous Improvement efforts (process improvement), predominantly within the service departments
• Drive process improvement leveraging industry standards and best practice methodologies, such as; Continuous Improvement, Lean 5S, and Six Sigma
• Lead the development of supporting tools, such as; Standard Operating Procedures (standard work), Power Bi Dashboards, training, and rigorous audits of compliance
• Manage key dealership relationships and coordinate activity with the dealer operations management teams

Key Required Skills:

• Process Improvement and Continuous Improvement experience. Certifications including Lean, Kaizen, 5S methodologies preferred.
• Proven business and financial acumen via previous experience accountability to establishing, monitoring, and achieving stated metrics
• Computer proficiency in web-based programs and applications, Microsoft Office Suite applications and related departmental software. PowerBi and Procede experience is highly desired.
• Prefer Service shop expereince as Technician with steady career growth into leadership roles with 8+ years' experience in Service shop environment and in a continuous improvement culture.
